開発環境ではエラーにならなかったのに、WEBサーバーへアップロードしテストしたらエラー。。
IISのログを見ると、ScriptResource.axd へのアクセスで 404 （取得できず） となっている。 *.axd のハンドラマッピングが出来ていないのが原因のよう。
web.config （できるだけトップれベイルのほうが望ましい？） に以下追加したところ無事 ajax extensions が動作した。
